Curious to see what workflow mapping with me looks like? Wonder no more! Click the button below to watch a time-lapse video of what we do during your Zoom call. (P.S. - for those who are interested, the program I used for mapping in this video is called Funnelytics, but I've since moved over to one called Cacoo).
If you're looking for an example of a Public Proposal, here's one I built specifically for testing! There is no fee associated with this proposal so feel free to click through all the way to the end to see the full thing in action from proposal to "contract" (this one is not legally binding), to invoice (no payment will be due).
In this video, I demonstrate how quickly I'm able to move new leads through their proposal, contract, invoice, onboarding, AND scheduling a time for us to map out their workflows together. This particular example took just 2 hours, start to finish, including our initial contact and conversation! Is your workflow this fast?
Dubsado is partnered with the ladies from Think Creative Collective who have designed some beautiful templates that can be downloaded directly into your account. They offer both a monthly membership and an a la carte purchasing option for things like proposals, headers & footers, the client portal, and more.

Alice Coleman at Forms & Flows is the Owner of AliceLouiseVA and dcmDigital and she is a great CSS resource for both coding education and pre-made templates that can be purchased and added to your Dubsado account. She also has a whole library of code snippets to make your forms do lots of cool stuff!

The Form templates in Dubsado are a great place to incorporate a lot of your own branding style and language. While I will absolutely do my best to create aesthetically pleasing forms for my clients, I'm also self-aware enough to know that design is not my gift. But I don't want that to hinder anyone from having the best looking forms possible, so I've pulled together some resources for you to review and decide if you'd like to purchase any pre-made templates to work with.
Note: All of the template options mentioned above are built to be a baseline layout for your forms. Things like colors, fonts, and images can easily be swapped out to be more on brand. However, some of the templates are designed in large part using CSS coding. If you anticipate needing to make large layout adjustments or plan to update your content frequently, these might not be the best fit for you without being familiar with CSS and/or being prepared to hire someone to help you make those changes. However, if you do decide to purchase any of the CSS coded templates, you should receive tutorial information from the sellers that walk you through how to actually use the templates and update them to be more on brand. Just please keep in mind that changing the structure of the form itself (like the layout) will require more advanced CSS coding knowledge and experience that likely will not be included in those instructions.
