As with any project, the best place to start is with a detailed plan. For Dubsado, think about your workflows and write them down on a piece of paper or your favorite brainstorming space. Start by first defining the different types of workflows you need. This could include any/all of the following:
For each workflow you’ve identified, do a “brain dump” of all the steps you want to include. If there are specific emails or documents you want to include in the workflow, add those to the list. Don’t worry about coming up with the actual content yet – that will come later. Just focus on what needs to happen and when.
Next you’ll want to organize your workflow into chronological steps. What should happen first? What should happen after that? Once you’ve organized everything, you’ll have the framework for building out the content of your workflow and adding it to your Dubsado account.
