In a previous post, we talked about the Payment Processing abilities of Dubsado which deals with the front end of collecting payment, but Dubsado also offers back end accounting features as well. You can create a Chart of Accounts that helps you organize your income and expenses, set financial goals on a monthly or yearly basis, quickly see who owes you money on outstanding invoices, and even export a Profit and Loss statement.
For a small business with few transactions, these accounting features should be enough. However, since Dubsado’s core focus is CLIENT management and this is what they excel at, it would be wise to manage your FINANCES in a third-party program like Wave or QuickBooks Online that are designed specifically for managing your money.
I'm a perfectionist and I strive for excellence...if there's a better, faster, more efficient way to do something, I wanna know how and I love sharing that kind of knowledge and empowerment with my clients, too!
So if you’re an established Brand + Web Designer who longs to spend more time perfecting your process than trying to remember what it was in the first place, I’d love to work with you.
Not sure if you even have a process for your business and feeling confused about where to start?
