How Dubsado Has Helped My Business

Before I really started utilizing Dubsado for my business, I didn’t have many clients so it was a little easier to manage them manually. However, as my business has started to grow and I’m getting more and more leads in, it’s SO nice to be able to throw them into my Dubsado and let the magic of workflows streamline my entire process from Lead to Client. As a result:

• I’m no longer having to play email tag trying to determine a time to meet with clients (thanks to the new Schedulers).
• I’m now able to send leads their contracts in conjunction with the proposal (which I’ve created as a reusable template).
• Once the contract is signed, the rest of my onboarding and project work is fully automated with ToDo items and Canned Emails doing a lot of the grunt work to prepare for work.

However, to be absolutely transparent, the #1 way Dubsado has helped my business is by simply existing as a product I’m proud to use and something I enjoy helping others to implement. I LOVE working with systems and processes and doing everything possible to streamline and automate things both for me and for my clients, and Dubsado is an amazing tool for helping me do just that!
