Navigating Dubsado and the Dashboard View

When you first log into Dubsado, you’ll always land on the main Dashboard view.

On the left hand side, you’ll see a list of other areas you can view including:

• Dashboard (current view)
• Projects
• Reporting (with subviews)
  • Project Sources
  • Project Breakdown
  • Invoices
  • Transactions
  • Chart of Accounts
  • Reports
• Calendar
• Tasks
• Utilities (with subviews)
  • Form List
  • Address Book
  • Time Tracker
• Templates (with subviews)
  • Scheduler
  • Forms
  • Canned Emails
  • Packages
  • Workflow
  • Payment Schedules

Use the Search Bar at the top of the screen to easily jump to a specific client or project.

In the top right of the screen you’ll find:

• Your Inbox
• Your Notifications
• The “Gear Icon” where you’ll be able to manage your Dubsado settings
• Help information including:
  • Help Center which will take you straight to Dubsado’s training resources and tutorials
  • Facebook Community which is a closed group on Facebook made just for those who use and are interested in Dubsado
  • Release Notes which are all the latest updates Dubsado has made to the platform (and it’s CONSTANTLY being updated)
  • And a place to find all of Dubsado’s Contact information
• And your account settings, including:
  • Your Login Settings
  • A place to create a new brand
  • Your Billing and subscription information
  • And your unique Affiliate link

In the main Dashboard area, you’ll find your Financial Indicators, including:

• Your monthly or yearly financial goals
• The total amount of your open invoices
• A revenue indicator comparing your performance over the most recent 30-day period

Recent information and important updates, like:

• Invoices with missed payments
• Contracts needing your signature
• Workflow actions needing your approval
• And the latest updates from Dubsado

And an overview of your Calendar, Income & Expenses, and to-do Tasks…

Finally, in the lower right hand corner you’ll find Dubsado’s chat bubble where you can reach out to their amazing support team directly with any questions or concerns you have about your account!
