How to use Dubsado to do I keep track of how many sessions my clients have left

“How do I keep track of how many sessions my clients have left?”

I see this question a lot, especially from coaches (although I actually set this up for a professional organizer client who offers a set number of organizing sessions in her packages, so it’s not limited to just coaches).

One way to do this is by utilizing the scheduler templates in Dubsado and create a separate template for each of the different session counts you offer.

So if you offer packages of 3, 6, or 9 sessions, you would have a 3 session, 6 session, and 9 session scheduler template.

In the “Advanced” section of the templates, you would then use the “Allow this scheduler to be used _ time(s)” setting to cap the scheduler at however many sessions the client purchased (3, 6, or 9 in this example).

Then, when the scheduler template is applied to a client’s project, they will only be allowed to book the number of sessions they purchased. If they try to book any more, they will receive an error message in the scheduler and will be unable to schedule any more sessions.
